A sweaty flow session that bridges the worlds of fitness and yoga, combining movement and strength, flexibility and relaxation exercises to the sound of energizing music.
After a short, focused meditation, we'll tone every major muscle group in your body. When the hard work is done, we'll cool down to relaxing music.
All in all, you'll be in for a total mind-body workout that will revitalize you for the weekend ahead.
If this sounds like something you might want to try, then definitely come to this yoga session. All you need is to bring your mat, water and comfortable clothes. A small towel will be useful too!
