Do you like to walk? Do you like to talk? Then this gathering is for you!

Come join us for a 1 to 1.5 hour stroll through the Bois de la Cambre and, depending on time, the Forêt de Soignes. We will walk rain or shine and, of course, talk through it all. This is not meant to be speed walking, but we will keep a vigorous pace – not so vigorous that this would interfere with our talking!
As current government rules are strict, we will be outside the whole time and will maintain a distance of 1.5 meters as we walk. If required, we will set off in groups of 4, so don't miss the start!
To ensure everyone enjoys the walk, we’ve set up the following guidelines:
- DO bring a mask just in case we find ourselves in a tight spot.
- DO wear good walking shoes or boots. Trails in the park and forest can be muddy, slippery and uneven.
- DO bring a waterproof jacket with a hood.
- DO plan to get a little muddy and a little sweaty.
- DO bring a water bottle and walking snack (optional) in a small backpack with your jacket or extra layer.
- DON’T bring your dog without asking first, please. Some members don’t love your dog as much as you do. And some dogs present safety issues in a group. This will depend on the size and make-up of the group. But come back with your four legged friend to these wonderful spots on another day- they will love it!
- DO be on time at the meeting place. We will leave at 9:30 promptly so that we finish on plan. If you are running late, then we’ll see you next time.
You will get an email confirmation with the exact meeting location when you register, but it will be easy to access by public transport.
