Wine tasting: To Bio or Not to Bio?

Dear wine lovers,

For October I invite you to join one of my favorite wine tastings, a blind tasting that I call To Bio or Not to Bio?

We will taste eight wines in paris. One will be organic ("bio" in French) and one won't. To keep things fair, each wine within the same pair will be from the same grape variety (or blend) and same region and the same or an adjacent vintage. 

The question is: Will you be able to tell the difference? Yes or no, the tasting promises to be fun.

I'll reveal which wine was organic and which wasn't after each pair, and declare an overall category winner at the end of the tasting based on participants' votes. Along the way, I'll talk and answer questions about organic, biodynamic and "raisonnée" viticulture and wine making. 

The wines will be paired with plenty of good food.
