AWCB Goes to Bastogne!

Join the AWCB on a weekend visit to the town of Bastogne, famous Battle of the Bulge site.  Bastogne is about two hours away from Brussels by car. Please note this is a Members (and their guests) only event - so consider applying for membership!

 The Battle of the Bulge started December 16th 1944 until end of January 1945.

Relatives of AWCB member Marianne Hubert were living in Bastogne during the battle and she has family stories about civilian life that she will share with us during a walking tour in town. This historical excursion would not be complete without visits to local museums/memorials. Join us to learn about the largest WW2 Allies battle against Hitler's desperate last offensive in the Ardennes.
