Cancellations are possible until 12:00 on Monday, January 26, 2026. Participants cancelling after this time, as well as no-shows, are charged the full cost of the event.
Parking: There is a public parking under the hotel, the entrance is 50m down on Ave Louise. Tickets can be paid at the hotel's reception. There are also many public transport options.
