Do you like to walk? Do you like to talk? Then this gathering is for you!

Come join me for a 1 to 1.5 hour stroll through the Bois de la Cambre and Forêt de Soignes. The meeting point is outside, in front of the terrace at Jeux d'Hiver. There is a parking at Chemin du Croquet 1, if needed. We will walk rain or shine and, of course, talk through it all. This is not meant to be speed walking, but we will keep a vigorous pace. This is also not meant to be serious hiking, which would interfere with our talking!

As current government rules are strict, we will be outside the whole time and will maintain a distance of 1.5 meters as we walk. Our group will be strictly limited to 10, and if the paths are crowded, we’ll split into smaller groups to be able to maintain our distance. If this loosens up by the time of the event, we will open to a larger group.

To ensure everyone enjoys the walk, we’ve set up the following guidelines:

    • DO bring a mask just in case we find ourselves in a tight spot.
    • DO wear good walking shoes or boots. Trails in the forest can be muddy, slippery and uneven.
    • DO bring a waterproof jacket with a hood.
    • DO plan to get a little muddy and a little sweaty.
    • DO bring a water bottle and walking snack (optional) in a small backpack with your jacket or extra layer.
    • DON’T bring your dog. That’s our rules. Dogs present safety issues in a group and not everyone loves your dog as much as you. But come back with your four legged friend to these wonderful spots on another day- he will love it!
    • DO be on time at the meeting place. We will leave at 9:30 promptly so that we finish on plan. If you are running late, then we’ll see you next time.

As numbers must be restricted, please register two days in advance. Kelly will send you an email with the location to meet up.

Hope to see you for a nice outing to catch up in person.

PWI Brussels’ Entrepreneurship Programme focuses on the essence of entrepreneurship: generating serendipity. Successful entrepreneurs intuitively understand that increasing the potential for unplanned fortunate coincidences is what sparks above average growth. Those happy coincidences are not found behind a computer screen or locked up in an office staring at a white wall. They are encountered by actively engaging with others, by being curious about what is being said and done, by exchanging ideas and thoughts. What better place to bond than a meal? And, what better time than the end of the month to reflect on the month that has been and prepare for the one coming up.

Join us and become part of the Growth Club - where leaders grow leaders.

The participation fee includes lunch and drinks during lunch.
